(Educators are flexible within the routine of the day to allow for individual and group needs).

| 8.15 am – 9.00 am | Arrival and Welcome to children and carers.
(Children’s arrival routine includes unpacking food into fridges, finding their name for a locker, putting their bag in locker. Children wash hands and meet on carpet area for floor experiences.) |
| 9.00 am – 10.30 am | Planned Indoor Experiences (Term 2 and 3) or
Planned Outdoor Experiences (Term 1 and 4) |
| 10.30 am – 10.45 am | Pack away and transition to gather as a group. |
| 10.45 am – 11.15 am | Morning Tea |
| 11.30 am – 12.30 pm | Planned Indoor Experiences (Term 1 and 4) or
Planned Outdoor experiences (Term 2 and 3) |
| 12.30 pm – 1.00 pm | Group time (Planned group focus experience) |
| 1.00 pm -1.30 pm | Lunch |
| 1.30 pm – 1.45 pm | Relaxation |
| 1.45 pm – 2.15 pm | Planned Indoor Experiences |
| 2.15pm – 2.30 pm | Music and Movement |
| 2.30 pm – 3.00 pm | Planned Outdoor Experiences |
| 3.00 pm – 3.15 pm | Group Gathering- game or story |
| 3.15 pm – 3.45 pm | Remaining children move to courtyard for quiet experiences with some educators whilst other educators reset for following day. |
(Small group experiences will occur at times throughout the day to accommodate individual and group needs.)
